The Church of the Pantanassa, also known as the Dormition of the Theotokos, is a Byzantine-style Eastern Orthodox church in Monastiraki Square, central Athens, Greece. It is the 10th-century katholikon of a monastery that has since vanished. The church was once known as the Great Monastery, and the later name Monastiraki, meaning "little monastery," eventually came to designate the whole district.
