Pariser Platz is a Neoclassical square in the Mitte district of Berlin, Germany, beside the Brandenburg Gate at the end of Unter den Linden boulevard. Named after Paris, it commemorates the Sixth Coalition's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Paris in 1814. The square, dated to 1732 and credited to Carl Gotthard Langhans, is protected as a Gartendenkmal, or garden monument.
