Penthouse Court, now Les Jardins of South Beach Condominium, is a Mediterranean Revival building with Art Deco features at 1620-22 Pennsylvania Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida, within the Miami Beach Architectural District. Designed by Martin L. Hampton, it was permitted in 1934 and completed in 1935. Its two symmetrical three-story buildings have Spanish tile roofs, and its entrance is an iron "flamingo" gate opening onto a tropical garden.
