The Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Mosque, also called the Aksaray Valide Mosque, is a grand Ottoman imperial mosque in Istanbul's Aksaray neighborhood, at the intersection of Ordu Street and Atatürk Boulevard. Built in 1871 to a design attributed to Pietro Montani, it stands beside the Pertevniyal High School, also commissioned by Sultana Pertevniyal. It draws over 2,500 worshipers to Friday prayers.
