The Shrine of Abu Lu'lu'a, also called the Shrine of Bābā Shujāʿ al-Dīn, is a closed tower-form mausoleum in Kashan County, Isfahan Province, Iran. Standing 19 metres tall and built of brick, tile, mortar and adobe in Ilkhanid, Safavid and Qajar styles, it is popularly believed to hold the grave of Abu Lu'lu'a Firuz, the slave who assassinated Caliph Umar in 644 CE. It was added to the Iran National Heritage List in 1975 and closed by the government in 2007.
