The Písek Stone Bridge spans the Otava River in the South Bohemian town of Písek, Czech Republic. It is the oldest preserved early Gothic bridge in the country and, though it has lost the tower with gates that once formed its dominant feature, remains one of the rarest medieval bridges in Central Europe. Probably built in the third quarter of the 13th century, it has been a national cultural monument since 1998.
