Porkkala Lighthouse, also known as Kallbåda, stands on a skerry about 9 kilometres from the southern tip of the Porkkalanniemi peninsula in the municipality of Kirkkonummi, Finland. Built in 1920 to replace the earlier Porkkala-Rönnskär lighthouse, it was the last in Finland intended for manual operation by keepers, so its red-brick structure, set on a massive reinforced concrete foundation, includes living quarters for two operators and their families. It is now automated, and the building is leased to the mountaineer Veikka Gustafsson.
