The Portoferraio Lighthouse, also known as the Faro del Forte Stella, stands on the northern rampart of Forte Stella in Portoferraio, Italy. Built in 1788, it rises 25 metres. The fort it occupies was constructed in 1548 by Cosimo I de' Medici.
