The Powhatan Courthouse Historic District is a county courthouse complex and National Register of Historic Places district in Powhatan, Powhatan County, Virginia. Its centerpiece, the Powhatan County Court House, was built in 1848–1849 as a stuccoed temple-form Greek Revival building, and there is strong circumstantial evidence that Alexander Jackson Davis designed it. The district also includes a late 18th-century clerk's office, an early 19th-century former jail, and Scott's or Powhatan Tavern. It was listed in 1970.
