The Profitable House of S.N. Mnatsakanova is an Art Nouveau building at 65 Pushkinskaya Street in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Built between 1911 and 1915, it was owned by Serpuga Nikokhosyanovna Mnatsakanova and housed a technical office in 1914. Today its first floor holds trade rooms, and the upper floors are inhabited. It has regional cultural heritage status.
