The Promenade Hotel is a Miami Modern structure completed in 1948 in Miami Beach, designed by architect Albert Anis. Once operating as a hotel, the building exemplifies the streamlined aesthetic and horizontal lines characteristic of the Miami Modern style that flourished in South Florida during the mid-twentieth century.
