The Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach's South Beach district is a 1940 Art Deco and Streamline Moderne structure designed by architect Lawrence Murray Dixon. Located at 1775 Collins Avenue, the hotel exemplifies the modernist aesthetic that came to define Miami Beach's architectural character during the mid-twentieth century. Originally closed following Hurricane Irma damage in 2017, the property was purchased in 2019 and subsequently entered restoration as Rosewood The Raleigh Miami Beach, scheduled to reopen in 2027 under the management of Rosewood Hotels.
