The Ralston Opera House occupies the second floor of a building at 501-503 Main Street in Ralston, Pawnee County, Oklahoma, an arrangement typical of smaller-town opera houses in the state. Constructed in 1902 of native sandstone, the first floor held commercial space, and the opera house closed in 1927. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 28, 1987.
