Ras el-Tin Palace is a palace on the Mediterranean coast in Alexandria, Egypt, in the Ras el-Tin quarter overlooking the Western Harbour. Built from 1847 to designs by Pietro Avoscani in the Renaissance Revival style, it stands on a promontory that was once the site of the island of Pharos. Under the Muhammad Ali Dynasty it served as a royal palace, and it is the oldest royal Egyptian palace still in use. It now serves as one of the official residences of Egypt's President.
