The residential and commercial building at Marktplatz 19 in Uffenheim, Bavaria, is a timber-framed structure built in 1913–14 that exemplifies the Heimatstil architectural tradition. Located at a prominent corner site, the three-story building features a half-hipped roof and half-timbered upper floors, with a distinctive corner bay crowned by a pyramidal roof. A two-story half-timbered extension with an arcade projects toward the rear. Constructed from structural wood, plaster, and roof tile, the building remains an important architectural heritage monument in Bavaria, blending vernacular craftsmanship with the regionalist aesthetics that characterized early twentieth-century German provincial architecture.
