The Royal Monastery of San Juan de la Peña is a Benedictine complex at Santa Cruz de la Serós, southwest of Jaca in Huesca, Spain. Its two-level church is partly carved into a great cliff, and its largely Romanesque cloister, built around 1190, has capitals depicting Biblical scenes. The lower church retains some Mozarabic elements, and the upper floor holds a royal pantheon of kings of Aragon and Navarre.
