Rundāle Palace is a baroque palace at Pilsrundāle in the Semigallia region of Latvia, about 12 km west of Bauska. Built for the Dukes of Courland in two phases, from 1736 to 1740 and from 1764 to 1768, it is one of the two major baroque palaces of the duchy, alongside Jelgava Palace. Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli is credited as its architect, and it is a national architectural monument of Latvia and a tentative World Heritage Site.
