Ryvarden Lighthouse stands on the western coast of Sveio Municipality in Vestland county, Norway, about 8 kilometres southwest of the municipal centre. Established in 1849 to mark the southern shore of the entrance to Bømlafjorden from the sea, it is a 10-metre square wooden tower painted white with a red lantern at the top. It was automated in 1984, and in 2005 the municipality bought the buildings, which now serve as a regional cultural centre and museum.
