The Cathedral of Saint-François-Xavier is the Roman Catholic cathedral of the Diocese of Chicoutimi, at 514 rue Racine Est in the Saguenay borough of Chicoutimi, Quebec, overlooking the town's old port area. Its current sanctuary opened in 1922 in the Renaissance Revival style, designed by Rene-P. Lemay, Armand Gravel and Alfred Lamontagne. It is the fourth church on the site, after two earlier cathedrals were destroyed by fire, and it seats 1,500 worshippers.
