Saint Thomas Monastery of Agulis was an Armenian Apostolic monastery located in Yuxarı Əylis village in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan, in what was historically the Goghtn district of the Armenian province of Vaspurakan. Built in the Armenian architectural tradition, the monastery has since become a former church building.
