Saints Peter and Paul Church stands at 666 Filbert Street in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood, directly across from Washington Square. Built in 1924 in the Romanesque Revival style, it is administered by the Salesians of Don Bosco and has served as the home church and cultural center of the city's Italian-American community since its consecration. Informally called the Italian Cathedral of the West, it offers services in English, Italian, and Cantonese.
