The Salina Municipal Building and Library in Salina, Utah, completed in 1937, combines Prairie School and Art Deco architectural styles in a structure built under the Works Progress Administration. Constructed by local contractor M.W. Breinholt—who worked in nearby Richfield, Utah for six decades—the building replaced the original city hall erected in 1887. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 9, 1986.
