San Damiano is a church with a monastery near Assisi, Italy, built in the 12th century and the first monastery of the Order of Saint Clare, where Saint Clare established her community. Its hut-shaped façade is preceded by a short portico of three round arcades on brickwork pillars, with a circular rose window above the central arch. The single nave has ogival barrel vaults and ends in a deep apse holding a modern stone altar.
