San Silvestro al Quirinale is a historic church in central Rome, Italy, located near the intersection of Via XXIV Maggio and Via Mazzarino, several blocks south of the Piazza del Quirinale. Built beginning in 1001, the church was originally established as a religious foundation in the medieval period, though its present baroque architectural character was developed under the design of Andrea Busiri Vici. The building served as both a church and convent, and is now recognized as part of Italy's national heritage.
