Sant Cugat is a railway station in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Catalonia, built in the Noucentisme architectural style. Opened in 1917 with the line from Les Planes, it serves as a crucial junction where the Metro del Vallès commuter rail splits toward Terrassa (line S1) and Sabadell (line S2). The station features twin tracks with two side platforms connected by a pedestrian subway, and is operated by Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC). A flat junction immediately north of the station allows the two lines to diverge, with a siding beyond used as a turning point for late-night service.
