Sant'Onofrio al Gianicolo is a titular church on the Janiculum hill in Trastevere, Rome, and the official church of the papal Order of the Holy Sepulchre, which maintains a side chapel dedicated to it. Former grand master Nicola Canali is entombed there. Since 1946 the church has been cared for by the American congregation of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement.
