The Church of Santi Domenico e Sisto is a Baroque church in Rome, Italy, located at No. 1 Largo Angelicum on the Quirinal Hill. Cared for by the Dominican Order, it is the university church of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum), on whose campus it stands. Construction began in 1663, and the building is listed as Italian national heritage.
