Santo Spirito in Sassia is a 12th-century titular church in Rome's Borgo district, on the street named after it. Since its foundation it has been connected to the adjacent Ospedale di Santo Spirito in Sassia, a former hospital. Its Renaissance architecture is attributed to Antonio da Sangallo the Younger and dated to 1545. It has been the official sanctuary of Divine Mercy since 1994.
