The Scrovegni Chapel, also known as the Arena Chapel, is a small church in Padua, Veneto, Italy, adjoining the Augustinian Monastero degli Eremitani. Its interior holds a fresco cycle by Giotto, completed around 1305, which marked the beginning of a revolution in mural painting and is regarded as an important masterpiece of Western art. The chapel is now part of the Musei Civici di Padova and forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
