The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion 2016, designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, was a temporary structure erected in London's Hyde Park as part of the Serpentine Gallery's annual summer pavilion commission. Like its predecessors in the series, it was constructed to be dismantled after the summer season, making it a fleeting contribution to the gallery's tradition of commissioning prominent contemporary architects to create innovative, site-specific installations.
