Built around 1875 in the India Basin neighborhood, Shipwright's Cottage is a historic house that blends Carpenter Gothic and Italianate architectural styles. Located at 900 Innes Avenue, the cottage sits within India Basin Waterfront Park, completed in 2025, on a rare remnant of San Francisco's natural Bay shoreline. Designated a San Francisco Landmark in 2008, the building now serves as the Shipwright's Cottage Community Room.
