The Sinclair Inn stands in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, Canada, formed by joining two early eighteenth-century houses. It is one of only two surviving Acadian buildings in the region that predate the Great Upheaval (1750–1780), and it was the site of the first Masonic lodge in Canada, established in 1738. Used as an inn from 1780 to 1950, it was later converted into a museum and designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1983.
