Skarhult Castle is a château in Eslöv Municipality, Scania, in southern Sweden. The present castle was built in the 1560s by the Danish riksråd Sten Rosensparre, though parts are presumed to be older. The estate passed through the Rosensparre, Ruud and Trolle families before Pontus Fredrik De la Gardie bought it in 1661 with funds from his wife, Beata Elisabet von Königsmarck, who managed it until her death in 1723. It remains privately owned.
