The Solís Theatre (Teatro Solís) is a Neoclassical theatre in Montevideo's Old Town, beside Plaza Independencia, in Uruguay. Designed by the Italian architect Carlo Zucchi, it opened in 1856 and is named after the explorer Juan Díaz de Solís, the first European to land in modern-day Uruguay. It is a Cultural Heritage Monument and is widely regarded as the country's most important theatre. A 1998–2004 reconstruction added two columns designed by Philippe Starck.
