The Southern Biscuit Company Building is a former factory in Richmond, Virginia, also known as Interbake Foods, Inc. and Famous Foods of Virginia. Its original six-story reinforced concrete section was completed in 1927 and expanded four times through 1951. A water tower and a rooftop sign reading "HOME OF / FFV / COOKIES AND CRACKERS" distinguish it. After the factory closed in 2006, a 2014 renovation converted it into the 178-unit Cookie Factory Lofts. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.
