St. Astvatsatsin Church in Voskepar, Armenia, is a 7th-century Armenian church featuring a cruciform central plan of the "Mastara" type, originally topped with a tile roof. Located near the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in Tavush Province, the structure was reconstructed between 1975 and 1977. The church survived heavy combat during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, which devastated the adjacent Azerbaijani village of Aşağı Əskipara, and remains recognized as a cultural heritage monument in both Armenia and Azerbaijan.
