St. Bartholomew-by-the-Exchange was a parish church in the City of London, situated on Bartholomew Lane off Threadneedle Street, with roots extending back to at least the 13th century. Destroyed in the Great Fire of London in 1666, it was rebuilt by Sir Christopher Wren in the Baroque style. The post-fire reconstruction stood for fewer than two centuries before demolition in 1840.
