St. Florian Monastery is an Augustinian monastery in the town of Sankt Florian, Austria, and the largest monastery in Upper Austria. Founded in the early ninth century and refounded by Augustinians in the eleventh century, it is among Austria's most impressive Baroque complexes, rivalling Melk Abbey and Klosterneuburg Monastery. Dedicated to Saint Florian, whose fourth-century grave lies beneath it, the monastery is credited to architect Carlo Antonio Carlone.
