St. James' Roman Catholic Church stands at 32 James Street in the Two Bridges neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, New York City. Built in 1835–1837 of fieldstone, it is the second oldest Roman Catholic building in the city. Its Greek Revival design includes a pair of Doric columns flanking the entrance, and the building was once topped by a domed cupola. The church is modeled on published designs by Minard Lefever, though there is no hard evidence that he was its architect. It is a New York City Landmark and a National Register of Historic Places listed site.
