St. Lucie High School in Fort Pierce, Florida, is a historic Mission Revival structure designed by architect Wilbur Bacon Camp and located at 1100 Delaware Avenue. Originally built as Fort Pierce High School, it was once considered "the most magnificent, the most modernly planned and the most architecturally beautiful public school building in Florida," serving as the only high school between Stuart and Melbourne for many years. As enrollment expanded, architects William Hatcher and Laurence Funke added wings in 1926 that closely adhered to Camp's original design vocabulary. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and now serves as home to the Creative Arts Academy of St. Lucie, an interdisciplinary program offering instruction in music, art, dance, and drama for elementary and middle school students.
