The Clock Tower (Torre dell'Orologio) stands on the north side of the Piazza San Marco in Venice, at the entrance to the Merceria. This early Renaissance building, designed by Mauro Codussi, dates from the last decade of the 15th century. Its lower two floors form a monumental archway into the Merceria, and it is now one of the 11 venues managed by the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia.
