St. Michael's Church in Grodków, Poland, is a brick Gothic parish church first documented in 1282. Built in the Early-Gothic style, the church endured a turbulent history marked by fire and conflict. It burned in 1449 and was subsequently rebuilt, only to be destroyed again during the Thirty Years' War, which interrupted planned expansion work in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. Prior to 1671, Bishop Sebastian von Rostock of Wrocław oversaw its renovation. The church underwent a Re-Gothicization campaign beginning in 1893. Today it belongs to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Opole and is recognized as an immovable monument in Poland.
