Draft 1 and Draft 3 both attribute the design to Emil Steffann, but the source lists him only as architect in the facts, so that is grounded. The Wikipedia text gives the Gothic nave, transepts, high choir and ring of chapels as built 1225–1264, and the westwerk as around 1192 from the second cathedral. Draft 2 adds the Horsteberg hill and Domburg setting, which the source supports.
St.-Paulus-Dom is the Catholic cathedral of the Diocese of Münster, dedicated to Saint Paul, in the Münster-Mitte district of Germany. Built from 1225 to a design by Emil Steffann, it is a Gothic structure 58 metres high, standing on the small hill Horsteberg in the old Domburg. Its Gothic nave, transepts and ring of chapels were completed by 1264 and combine with the Romanesque westwerk and west towers of around 1192, which were incorporated from the second cathedral.
