St. Peter's Church is a Roman Catholic parish church and minor basilica in the inner city of Munich, southern Germany, and an architectural heritage monument in Bavaria. Its 91-metre tower, known as "Alter Peter" (Old Peter), is emblematic of Munich. It is the oldest recorded parish church in the city and is presumed to be the originating point of Munich itself. The church is credited to Rudolf Esterer, Isaak Pader, Anton Ignaz Gunetzrhainer and Erwin Schleich, and is built in the Gothic style.
