Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church is a Polish parish church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago, located at 1351 West Evergreen Avenue in the Pulaski Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Built in 1881 to designs by Patrick Charles Keely, it is the "mother church" of the archdiocese's Polish parishes and is designated the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy. It is a prime example of the opulent, grand-scale Polish Cathedral style and has been open for Adoration 24 hours a day, seven days a week, since 1999.
