Designed by architect Ernest Cormier, the Supreme Court of Canada Building rises majestically on Wellington Street just west of Parliament Hill, perched on a bluff overlooking the Ottawa River. Completed in a distinctive blend of châteauesque and Art Deco styles, the building serves as home to the Supreme Court of Canada while also housing courtrooms for the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. Classified as a federal heritage building of Canada, it stands as an iconic structure in downtown Ottawa's judicial landscape.
