Designed by Konstantin Melnikov in 1927 and completed in 1929, the Svoboda Factory Club stands at 41A Vyatskaya Street in Moscow's Savyolovsky District. Originally conceived as a clubhouse for the Chemists Trade Union, this avant-garde constructivist structure—also known as the Maxim Gorky Palace of Culture—exemplifies Melnikov's bold architectural vision during the Soviet modernist period. A listed memorial building, it remains a significant regional cultural heritage site, showcasing the geometric dynamism and functional aesthetics that defined constructivism's ambitious social agenda.
