Tallinn Town Hall (Tallinna raekoda) stands on the south side of the medieval Town Hall Square in the Old Town of Tallinn, Estonia. Built in the Gothic style and dated to 1404, it is a two-storey building over a spacious basement and is considered the oldest town hall in the Baltic Sea region and Scandinavia. Its spire carries the weather vane "Old Thomas," in place since 1530, one of the city's symbols.
