Tersko-Orlovsky Mayak is a rural locality on the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast, Russia, beyond the Arctic Circle. It lies at an elevation of 18 metres (59 ft) and falls within the closed administrative-territorial formation of Ostrovnoy. At the 2010 Census its population was 9.
