The Texas School Book Depository is a seven-floor Romanesque Revival building at 411 Elm Street, on the northwest corner of Elm and North Houston Streets in downtown Dallas, facing Dealey Plaza. It is a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark. Official investigations concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald, an employee there, shot President John F. Kennedy from a sixth-floor window on the building's southeastern corner on November 22, 1963. The building was later the Dallas County Administration Building and is now The Sixth Floor Museum.
